If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have lived here for 8 months and it’s been nothing but hell with zero building management, broken appliances that aren’t addressed until weeks later and a broken elevator that goes days without being fixed. The management is awful and there are better places in west campus with cheaper rent and ACTUAL AMENITIES AND MANAGEMENT TEAM. AGAIN DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY WHERE YOU LIVE. Just horrible!!! My car was also towed because my parking pass fell and my car is registered for resident parking so now I am down $300 dollars because I pay monthly for my car that is registered to be towed.

Such an amazing leasing office! They are so helpful and quick with responses to any and every question or concern. Every agent I spoke with was so kind & willing to help!

I’ve really enjoyed living here, especially with the recent change with the new manager and the staff. They have helped bring more atmosphere to this apartment. They’ve been organizing fun little events throughout the month like scooter giveaways Wingstop nights, build your own magnet activities, catered events, and even small giveaways. Even better is with the maintenance crew the crew comes to repair for free! It’s a good touch, and honestly makes a difference. It shows they care about building a community here at 26 and making my college experience better than just a living space to commute from. It’s been a great living here since the old reviews. That’s just my words tho

Had a great tour, all questions answered very well. Nice and affordable student apartments at a decent location.

Had the greatest signing experience and walkthrough with an in depth understanding of the hat goes on and how everything works here! I feel really great and the vibe is so incredible as well 🫶🏼
