Shelby Ranch is THE place to live! Love all the amenities it has to offer and the community. The staff at the leasing office were very kind and helpful especially Michael! He was very attentive and informational! Thank you Michael and staff! Would recommend, 10/10

Literally the best place to live on this side of town! I love the makers room and the gym. Also having a bar nearby, I can walk to without moving my car is a score. The leasing team is so nice and Quayvius was super helpful to me. the maintenance team aways addresses concerns FAST. I can't recommend this place enough.

Living at Shelby Ranch for a while has had it's ups and downs for quite some time now. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and respectful. For the most part, all the amenities are very clean and up to date. The biggest downside here is how thin the walls, doors, ceilings, and windows are. If you have loud neighbors or a dog close by, good luck trying to have some peace. You can easily hear neighbors or darks barking on the balcony. If you have an upstairs neighbor, you better hope that they're mindful of someone living below them because you hear every footstep, or thing being moved/dropped. Walls to your next door neighbors also are very thin, I can hear my neighbor fart, which should not be happening. Other one I can hear playing music or being up all night which you cannot focus or get sleep. Other than those concerns Shelby Ranch is a very nice complex since it's only a year old. Just wish walls/doors were made thicker.

I am very comfortable living at Shelby Ranch. The leasing team, as well as the maintenance team are always professional, polite and ready to help. The apartments are spacious and built well. The appliances are very efficient as I’ve never had a high electric bill here. The amenities are kept clean and my neighbors are mostly friendly. The vibe of Shelby Ranch is definitely a relaxing, calm one where respect for each other shines through. I’m proud to call Shelby Ranch my home.

Our experience with Shelby Ranch has been fantastic! Helpful staff, friendly, quiet environment, and amenities that are amazing! Everyone who visits us say they feel like we live in a resort. I have been so pleasantly surprised with how fast maintenance requests are taken care of too! And the location is right in the middle of the family-friendly south Austin bar district, with so many options of things to do on any day. Love living here!
