Studio Domain Apartments

I’ve had some issues with my unit here and there, but the maintenance guy, Damon, has been super quick and helpful in resolving them. Heather (GM) and Adrianna (Leasing) are great, too—very attentive and informative whenever I have questions.

Trash apartments. Don't bother. Disgusting

Avoid at any cost. Property management will blatantly lie to you. Maintenance will go into your apartment unprompted. Pest control is non-existent (after months of complaints did they decide to do anything useful about it). Walls are paper thin. Any smells from neighbors will seep into your place. Humidity leaks thru in the summer horribly. Nothing is sealed well. Their "fixes" are half-assed.

I have lived here since Jan. 1st. I have found it to be an Excellent Choice in a New Home for Me. The staff is very attentive to needs, Damon, Our Lone Maintenance Man is Top Quality with a genuine care for tenants/residents. Our 2 Housekeepers Adrianna & KK are Superb and keep everything neat, clean & tidy, as well as Adrianna who works the front desk/office when Heather isn't able too since Michelle left., Who was also fabulous. I have been sick recently for almost a month, Adrianna helped Me more than a family member would, and for that I am VERY appreciative. Heather is also fabulous beyond satisfaction. Ultimately The Entire Team is a blessing to Me..... Update 10/17....On 10/9/25 I had a Heart Attack, Pneumonia, A-Fib etc. I called 911. EMT/Fire showed up..Sirens Blazin'...(I asked 911 to come silently w/o sirens). Well!! That didn't happen. It was 7:30ish p.m. I couldn't breath with Severe chest pains...My Neighbor across the Hall came out of His apt as I was opening My door for EMS.. I asked Him to open the downstairs security doors to let EMS In...He did so as well as lead them to My Home. THIS IS Studio Domain lifestyle. Familyish to Me. HOME!!! 🏠 Moving forward, I left My coveted Studio without Shoes, Glasses etc as "It" was an emergency situation... After the embarrassment of the ENTIRE SCENE..I received an email from Our Flawless Property Mgr , Heather asking If I was OK? I said Yea..just need my glasses, phone charger, shoes, Laptop etc. Heather offered to get My things and bring them to Me @ St. David's..Genuine Caring for Residents!!! I declined but however appreciated. Studio Domain has become a HOME for Me. The Staff Damon, Adrianna, Kiki & Heather have been beyond hospitable, caring & supportive but JUST Family to Me. I feel Grateful, 😊 Blessed 🙏 Thankful to call Studio Domain MY HOME!1

I love the staff all the people neighbors I was going through it really bad I came here same day got approved as well me and my baby mama and little boy are happy where we are
