St. James Apartments

Have lived there in the past. Not sure why my review disappeared but I am reposting. It was very nice place to live and I only want to rent an apartment that has natural gas stove because it is the way I like to cook. It is rare to find apartment with one in Austin. I also loved the tankless hot water heater it has saved me a lot of money compared to the tank hot water that stays on 24/7. Tankless only heats water when you are using it. It was so far from where I worked so I moved back to North Austin. Nik and Sarah have been very good. They care about the property.

James on 1st St., Apartments is a wonderful community with great amenities. The entire team is exceptional and makes you feel very welcome. Ariana, the assistant, is very sweet and works hard in arranging gatherings to bring the neighbors together and she ensures your unit is extremely clean before move-in. I’ve never lived in such a clean, well established unit. The office manager, Nick, is also very sweet and addresses all your concerns and needs with compassion. The maintenance team works hard in keeping the units looking brand new. José is extremely prompt and professional. He takes care of your issues quickly with kindness. I highly recommend living at this community. The team makes you feel at home. Thank you for all you do, I appreciate you guys. Tatjana

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years and have been very happy. They are quick to resolve any issues present. The maintenance crew Joseph and Chavez show up within 24 hours to fix whatever needs fixing. Nik, Sarah and Aryana are always kind and attentive. Great community to live in!
