Jay was great in setting me up in an amazing 2 bedroom apartment! I really enjoyed my time here at St. Eds Place apts. The maintenance was always quick to respond to any issues I had. The south central location was super convenient for me to commute to work and enjoy south congress spots like Cosmic. I’d 10/10 recommend.

Clean, well-maintained complex thanks to Cameron. He's fixed my AC when a fuse blew, unclogged drains, you name it. Always responsive and efficient.

I've lived here for 10 months. It's a very quiet and pleasant area, there's always parking available, and the maintenance man is quick and friendly.

Jillian the new property manager is great to work with and they are always prompt with any maintenance requests. Great location especially for the price.

Have lived here for 3 years. Recently there was a change in Management and the new woman Jillian has been wonderful to work with. She is polite and very responsive. Already there has been such a positive impact on the new changes made here, and I think the credit goes to her.
