I moved into the Bennett in 2023 and I have loved it! Gated community with great amenities. The management and maintenance team were always super helpful and prompt. Covered reserved parking was also great. Very safe and quick access to I-35. Highly recommend!

Whether I’m speaking with the management team or reaching out to the facility maintenance crew, I’m consistently met with responsiveness, professionalism and a willingness to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently which gives me a real peace of mind .Thanks all, you’ve made putting down root and calling The Bennett home easy.

I have living in The Bennet for almost 2 years. The agents and staff, (especially Zoey) have always been very helpful and prompt in their responses. The Bennet is a beautiful and elegant apartment complex. With several ameneties. Super dog freindly complex. Dog bathing station. Several dog areas. Also including game rooms and a 2 tier gym. Great gym! The environment is calm and serene. The nieghbors have always been polite, gentle and kind. On a personal note, I am a federal goverment employee, and was one of those not receiving pay but was still expected to continuing to work. I spoke with The Bennet management about my situation and they have been SO understanding and super supportive of me. Thank you so so much Heather and Zoey. So The Bennet is absolutly a great place to call home.

I recently toured The Bennett and had an amazing experience! The community is beautiful, clean, and full of great amenities. A huge shoutout to Mitch from the leasing team—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made me feel welcomed every step of the way. I highly recommend The Bennett, and if you get the chance, ask for Mitch—he truly makes the experience exceptional!

I've lived at The Bennett for about 2 weeks now. I wanted something newer, modern, clean and convenient to downtown Austin. As I did research on the property and looked at the pictures online I was excited and skeptical at the same time of how it would really look in person. Once I walked the complex on my tour, the pictures are accurate! The staff, neighbors, and grounds are great. The wide windows make for a great view and natural light. While I've walked around in the evenings hopping into nearby complexes, there is no comparison. The Bennett is hands down nicer, cleaner, and takes pride in the look of their community. Yes, there is traffic right off the exit on the access road due to construction, but you'll be happier once you're home.
