For AIRBNB ONLY - If you’re looking to rent one of the 15 Airbnbs in this listing we cannot recommend less. The complex is severely run down with frequent homeless in and around the buildings. The pool is not at all like the photos (filled with Algae) with no pool furniture. There’s an Airbnb company that owns all of 15 different rentals and are quite literally slum lords - filled the apartments with Amazon furniture, took some photos and priced it out. The location is great! There’s nothing however that makes them worth it.

What an experience it has been! We love the location and the warmth that these apartments bring. I love the community around this space and the closeness to downtown. Thank you!!

Location doesn’t get any better than this. I’ve lived at this complex for close to five years, and it’s been an awesome choice. The current management is helpful, courteous, and always quick to respond to needs. The rental price is a steal compared to other properties in the area, especially since you really can’t beat the location. I plan to stay as long as I can.

I love Congress Square so much I moved back after a few year hiatus! You can't beat the location and value. I love being on Bouldin Creek, on Congress and near the trail/Audi Shores.
