Alonda Atwood made my tour and application experience super swift and easy. I was really desperate looking for a place that fit all my needs and running out of time—I felt REALLY lucky walking away having been approved and helped so thoroughly by Alonda. She was so welcoming and answered all my questions. Thank you!!!!!!!!

My experience with gables in the terrace was a memorable one. I was very much welcomed and the showing was interesting. I really love the apartment location. The lady staff by name Alonda who took me around was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and explained everything things very clearly.

My experience at Gables at the Terrace was very interesting. The apartment location was amazing and the environment beautiful. A lady staff by name Alonda took me for showing, she was very receptive from the moment I walked in and all through the showing. She was very polite, knowledgeable and made me very comfortable in a new environment - I honestly felt at home with her and her knowledge of the apartment and the neighborhood amazed me.
