Sotol Riverside

I written a previous review and I wanted to still say management and staff and maintenance remain very curtious. I would like to add that sometimes there are fees I believe are unjust.I have fish they charge for fish due to contained water. They charged me a late fee for rent but I payed on time. They sent the money back to my bank. Then when I used my debit card the next day it was payed and I was charged a late fee. Now spring cleaning I cant have a swing on my balcony it's small not in the way of anything at this point after being here 5 years it sems they charge any fee because they can and it's not right. I have nowhere to put my lil egg swing so I guess I will have to talk to someone about this Thank you.

It seems like the place is going back to its quiet, peaceful self thanks to security that comes when you call them and to Becky, who is actually taking care of the bad, noisy neighbors. Also, it wouldn't hurt for the tow truck to start making more rounds in the property parking lot; it's starting to get crowded again with residents and non-residents parking their unregistered vehicles inside.

I've been here for years and I just have to say that this is a great place to live!!! The manager becky and yesi who work there are two of the most kindest and down to earth people i know and im just lucky to have met these amazing people. They are very great listeners should I ever have a concern or a question. Having a gym makes it better!!! I do hope to see the gym being open 24/7 with cameras in 2026 tho so I could work out during the weekends as well as weekdays!! But other than that its a great place!!! With a great management and staff!!!

The apartments complex are very good but the only problem is the gym it’s never open and their are people that get out of work late and want to go to the gym but it’s never opened
