I’ve been living here for a while now and I truly couldn’t be happier with my apartment complex. This place is not only affordable, but the recent renovations have completely transformed the property. Everything looks fresh, modern, and well maintained. The upgrades to the amenities and common areas are fantastic. The pool is super nice and relaxing. It has become one of my favorite spots. I genuinely enjoy coming home every day to such a well kept and welcoming community. What really stands out though is the staff. They are genuinely caring, responsive, and go above and beyond. A special shoutout to Lucero and Catherine. Both of you are incredible! Your friendliness, professionalism, and expertise make every interaction a pleasure. You both make residents feel truly valued and taken care of. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with an outstanding management team. Thank you for making this feel like home!

Greetings to all. We are grateful for the service provided by this management and the security in the apartments. Having stayed in other apartments, this has been the best place we've had and the one my family and I have liked the most. We thank the management and hope they continue with the excellent service. for any future residents please read. i’ve been living here in unit 1306 for a year and will not stay again. there was a major incident where the upstairs neighbors pipe bursted from their dishwasher and it was quickly leaking through my ceiling, i called the front office but they were closed since it was a weekend, yet there was NO emergency maintenance number from the automatic call just saying “we are closed”. i had to submit a regular work order as i didn’t see any option for an emergency. i had to call the apartment management to get a hold of someone all while my ceiling was getting worse and more water was spilling. finally i get through maintenance and he said he’d be there in 40 minutes, that is unacceptable. i had to resort by calling the fire department to help. they had to break into the neighbors door and even the dept. chief was calling the leasing office, management, to get ahold of someone since no one was appearing. during all this the tenant from above shows up as they were out and they let me know they put in MULTIPLE requests to get their dishwasher fixed. so this entire incident could’ve been PREVENTED from previous work orders. finally maintenance shows up probably over 40 minutes and the second person even later. the next day i show up to speak to a manager in the front office to let them know im extremely unhappy with how things were handled. these are the questions i pointed out. why was there no emergency maintenance number? they didn’t answer that. is there someone that lives here on site that’s maintenance? “we do but he wasn’t on call for any maintenance work.” are you serious? so during an emergency the one that lives here wasn’t on call but the one 40 minutes away was? extremely upsetting and disappointing. the manager i was speaking to was almost brushing me off not listening to me especially when i pointed out this could’ve been prevented through the multiple work orders from the tenant above yet she said “we fulfilled the orders and we can’t see the pipes through the walls” and saying “sorry about that i understand but we couldn’t prevent anything and the vendor will be there to check and give me the price on the fixing”, i didn’t ask for that and that’s not my job to know. im not happy with this AT ALL and will be taking this to RYSE management. by the way if you are going to be the next resident of 1306 be careful mold will likely grow through the things that might not even be replaced, who knows how well they’ll fix and replace anything here.

I'm very unhappy with this complex due to pest problems and homelessness. Weeds grow wild and they don't clean it up. Also, many people who don't live in the complex, homeless people, pass by my apartment using illegal drugs. It's a total mess. I absolutely do not recommend living here.
