My visit at Bell Southpark was amazing! Jenn was very enthusiastic about my new move and she was very informative giving great recommendations to do around the complex and the area! I’m very excited to move in!

I moved in into my cozy apartment here at SoCo and I’m so in love with my new place. Alejandra is super professional and amazing! She made everything a very easy process and is always ready to help. Jorge is on top of the service request and does a great job. We just had a Spring Cook-Out and it was great! The team here at SoCo is fantastic! The property is very clean, accessible and safe! I highly recommend this property!

My family and I had an amazing experience thanks to Denise! Even with the weather being icy cold, we walked in without an appointment, and she welcomed us right away with such a positive and professional attitude. She took the time to clearly explain all the rates and options available, making everything easy to understand. Denise also gave us a full tour of a beautiful 2-bedroom unit, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. After touring a 2-bedroom, we applied the same day and were moved into our apartment within 2 days! Her customer service truly stood out—friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she does. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for Denise. She made this a 5-star experience for my family and me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
