Where do I even start with this place? Let me first say that a lot of the overly positive reviews feel… very “written from inside the office.” I’ll just leave that there. 😂 Now on to my actual experience: this property has roaches and rats. This wasn’t a rumor — this was directly acknowledged when I asked about it. The “solutions” I saw were honestly shocking. Maintenance (who did not appear to be licensed pest professionals) was putting out random bait and tossing powders around my unit like that alone could fix a full infestation. Meanwhile, I had to worry about my kid or pets getting into chemicals left out in the open. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and honestly alarming. If you need a place for a short-term stay, you might survive it. But here’s what I personally dealt with: • The “notices” they hand out look official, but based on the attorneys I spoke to, they hold no real legal weight. • I was even offered cash for keys — which tells you everything you need to know about how chaotic things can get. • And when issues came up? I couldn’t get clear answers from anyone, and it felt like nobody actually knew what they were doing. It was confusion on top of more confusion. Overall, this place gave “property management is a joke” energy from day one. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Or hey… shoot, scam the scammers 🤣

Thanks to Pat the maintenance guy always coming through and making sure I get taken care of. Every work order I put in always gets taken care of right away, and he always is respectful and communicates, letting me know when he’s coming and when it’s fixed. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

My LAST review was deleted for some reason . This apartment complex is VERY roach infested . Office rarely answers the phone and the property is TRASHED . Water shutoffs ALL the time and air conditioning continually messes up. Bad water pressure also. My LAST review was deleted because they don’t want people to see how the property really is. They also try to make you pay a termination fee which is astounding! I also have a picture of the google review that was DELETED!

*NO AIR CONDITIONER FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS* The air conditioner in my Unit has NOT worked in almost two weeks, and maintenance has not even been by my apartment to inspect the problem. The office staff is not helpful and does not care about their residents. Jessica is a new office manager here and I have repeatedly had to ask for them over and over to my Air conditioner because it is hot for my baby and I. I am a mother who works to pay her rent on time and Ascent at Quail Creek has failed to do their part and take care of their responsibilities. I consistently see the maintenance team not working and nothing gets fixed . The pool is green with what may be toxic algae and the laundry room has not been cleaned in over 3 months. Please take care of this once beautiful apartment complex.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY REVIEWS. I'm not one to leave reviews, and it takes a lot to upset me, so take this review with that bit of context. Two weeks before I was supposed to move in I got switched to a new unit because my original unit wasn't going to be renovated in time. This was all fine because it was the same layout and pricing as my original unit (though they tried to charge me more at first). When I arrived on my move in day they didn't have keys for me because they didn't change the locks yet. As I approached my unit the previous tenants broken couch was just sitting outside right in front of the door. I go inside and notice the A/C is immediately broken (temp didn't lower once while I was there). The place reeked of mildew because my bedroom carpet was soaking wet. Also in the bedroom were 4 or 5 lovely roaches just roaming about, and the sliding closet door couldn't be closed as the railing had been rusted over. The kitchen was missing an entire stove that I'm guessing was in the process of being replaced, as there was just ripped up tile and a huge gap where the stove should've been. Oh and there was a massive pile of garbage left out on the patio either by the previous tenants or contractors. REMINDER THAT I WAS MOVED INTO THIS UNIT BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL ONE WASN'T READY. On top of all those things the parking lot has trash everywhere, the grounds did not look well kept at all, and the nice park across the street no longer exists as they're doing big construction over there (which conveniently also blocks off one of the ways into the apartment complex). The only saving grace was being let out of my lease immediately. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews and outdated pictures, save yourself the time, money, and stress and look somewhere else.
