Incredibly unsafe. Cars getting broken into left and right and the management doesn’t do anything about it. Edit: I see your response and can only respond publicly here. We have already talked many times, but your team has done nothing at all to make the parking garage more safe. No new cameras. No recourse for affected residents or guests. This is ai-generated slop to signal to prospective tenants that you will do something, but you won’t. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT RELY ON THE STAFF TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WILL PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY.

Stayed here for a few days. Everything was decent besides the check in process which was broken. Had to text the team to gain access to the room when the payment pad would not work. Not a very suitable hotel of a late night check in if your flight gets in late. Really frustrating if you’re on a time crunch. The checkout was the same the pad couldn’t find my reservation so had to text the team again.

Lots of space, super walkable location, and really kind staff. Was a perfect long term stay for just moving to Austin.
