AMAZING STAFF! 🙌🏼 wonderful! wonderful management! Big shout out to Ivonne she was very helpful and helped with a solution quick. Im so relieved that they changed management because the previous one never did anything!! Totally recommend them!!

I visited Sangria Park apartments this past days and it was truly amazing experience, everyone was so helpful and attentive. Ivonne took the time and was very patient and helpful providing me with great information. It is a great atmosphere I definitely recommend.

I’ve seen a huge improvement at Sangria Park Apartments since the new management team took over. April, the current property manager, is absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and truly cares about the residents and the community. You can tell she takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. Yusvelyn, the Maintenance Manager, also deserves major recognition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and solutions are actually long-term, not just quick fixes. The response time has been impressive. The property is much better maintained now, cleaner, and overall feels well cared for. It’s refreshing to see a management team that listens and takes action. Definitely a positive change and a great place to live now.

The office staff are friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They respond quickly and make you feel welcome. Communication is much better, and any questions or problems are handled fast. Maintenance has also improved a lot—requests are taken care of quickly, and the team is polite and efficient. It’s clear Yoana and the rest of the staff really care about making this a good place to live.

Since the recent management changes, this apartment community has taken a wonderful turn for the better. The new manager, April, along with the office team, has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive. You can truly feel the positive energy and dedication they bring to the community. Communication has improved greatly, and any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care. Maintenance has also seen noticeable improvements—requests are addressed promptly, and the team is courteous and efficient. It’s clear that the new leadership and staff are committed to making this a great place to live, and it shows in every aspect of the community.
