I just renewed my lease for another year here. The building and units are great but it’s honestly the staff & management that keeps me here. Huge shoutout to Preston, DaMonyae, and Alex who have all helped make my move-in and unit transfer an amazing seamless experience :)

I lived at this community for two years and would have previously rated it 4 stars. However, due to an unresolved pest infestation and repeated maintenance failures, I can no longer recommend it. In November 2025, I began finding increasing numbers of dead gnats lining my bedroom windowsill each morning — starting at around 20 and eventually exceeding 100 per day. The issue was isolated to the window and not connected to plants or typical household causes. I submitted multiple maintenance requests. Pest control sprayed the unit several times. The problem was not resolved. When I escalated to management, I was told supplies would be ordered and, if necessary, I would be transferred to another unit. The supplies took over a month to arrive and consisted of a basic plant spray and a plug-in trap — neither addressed the root issue. By that point, my lease was nearly over. The infestation has since worsened. During the day, dozens of live gnats gather along the bedroom ceiling. If a light is left on overnight, they accumulate on kitchen counters and get into food. I have documented this extensively with photos and videos over a three-month period and shared that documentation. There has still been no meaningful solution offered. Additionally, the unit appeared improperly cleaned and unfinished at move-in. Paint and construction residue covered the floors and balcony. I was advised to purchase cleaning supplies and address it myself. The bathroom exhaust fan was never properly installed. When maintenance attempted repairs, they left drywall dust and insulation throughout the apartment. The onsite team has been polite, but there is a consistent lack of urgency, follow-through, and accountability when serious issues arise. Being repeatedly told the infestation must be caused by my plants or pipes — despite documentation suggesting otherwise — has been especially frustrating. I hope ownership reviews this matter seriously and implements stronger quality control and pest management processes.

Don't fall for the leasing specials, they will entice you to bring you in on great specials and then completely not want to retain you after the fact. Overall the property is fine, has its usual problems, package locker/mail rooms issues, Pool is "cleaned" by on duty staff that just throws a robot in and hope that is does something, it doesn't. Grills are horribly dirty, even brought and left behind my own grill brush because they cant be bothered to by a couple. Units themselves are ok, noise from the hallways is definitely more than you would expect. Garage door is broken often but not a company problem since its negligent drivers, however they hire "onsite" security who just sits in their cars overnight and don't really do anything. There's no security because anyone can just drive in to an open garage. Recently saw another residents car window had been smashed in during the day. What really set me off is the renewal. With the declining rental market they were an increase in rent with no competitive renewal. You can literally move across the street to the other communities for much less. The company shows zero interest in retaining residents and just expects you to pay a significant increase in monthly rent. You can move for around $400 with movers and an U-haul truck and recoup that your first month elsewhere. The icing on the cake is this insane fearmongering/scare tactic marketing BS sheet they attach. This just seems extremely scummy and dishonest to the residents here. We don't ask for much but if you say you want to "retain residents" then maybe some real market analysis and competitive offers might do that. All in all for a one year lease its fine but don't expect to them to want you to stay after that.

Absolutely terrible place to live at. Just like every other apartment, the account replies saying, if you'd like to discuss this issue further, please come to the office and we can help. But in no way are they helpful in office, they just circle back and blame everything on corporate and say, sorry we can't do anything about it. Every issue that people wrote, I have went and talked to the office about some of them only for me to be dismissed. - Missing packages, they say to report it to Amazon and they'll send a reshipment. But don't you have a camera in the locker room? Look at the cameras and find out who stole the packages so you can make it secure. - Broken into cars, sorry we leave a note next to the garage entrance door to not leave any valuables in the car. But don't you have cameras in the garage, isn't it supposed to be a secure garage? I can keep going of all other instances where they gave me an excuse that is not one bit sufficient when I went in office. That is why everyone decides to leave a review so others know, rather than trouble themselves with going in with no real resolution.

Do not live here! As a second-year tenant, my car was damaged due to a malfunctioning garage gate and access scanner. What’s most upsetting is not just the incident, but how it was handled afterward. I reported the issue immediately and spent over a month trying to get help. No one from management reached out. When I went to the leasing office in person, I was told to contact to the corporate office, without any given information. After waiting weeks with no communication, I suddenly received a letter from a third-party claims company demanding over $32,000 for gate repairs — without providing evidence, footage, or a clear explanation. Throughout this process, communication was nonexistent, accountability was avoided, and tenant safety concerns were dismissed. The garage gate has a history of malfunctioning, which makes residents feel unsafe, yet no meaningful support was offered when something went wrong. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. Tenants deserve transparency, timely communication, and basic support — none of which I received.
