Lived here for about a year and only moved because I wanted a bigger unit and they were sold out. I've had an amazing experience living here. The units are a bit on the older side, which means counters and cabinets don't look too fancy or have features like soft-close, but it also means everything is BIG. The living room, kitchen, pantry, and bathroom were the biggest of any apartment I've ever lived in. Living in the apartment is great, too. Everything is clean, appliances are modern, and everything just works. And if something does go wrong, maintenance is super prompt. Kudos to the staff, especially Tyler who is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The gym isn't the biggest but very functional, and the complex is located right opposite a Lexus showroom (so lots of light even at night) and a shopping complex (Whole Foods, REI, and Panera are walkable). The only complaints I ever had were about the fire alarm tests, which really messed with my ears and I was also working from home, but I'm nitpicking. Plus, there was a management change just before I left so I can't speak to how it will be going forward, but at it's core, this is a great place to live.

The common areas are always clean and very well maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the friendly, helpful, talented staff.

Man I absolutely loved this place for one reason, and one reason only. The Maintenence team is astounding, especially by the young stallion, extremely handsome, and fortifying structure of a man named Landon. Can I say that this man beyond any other man GETS THE JOB DONE!!!! WOW!!!! Will be recommending this establishment to all of my Millionaire, Yacht owning partners and friends. Thank you Landon for your amazing talents and personable culture. I love you

I would not recommend this place if you value a quiet, safe home. I’ve been dealing with excessive noise from my neighbors for months and they won’t do anything about it. Yes it is during normal hours, but it is not normal living noises and often interferes with my sleep and work. It sounds like they’re about to come through my ceiling running and playing sports inside. I can’t imagine trying to work from home considering you can clearly hear it through the phone on videos, they act empathic but clearly do not care about their residents right to quiet enjoyment. It’s at the point where I am about to break my lease because I literally do not get a single hour of peace or quiet. I’ve seen mice running the halls multiple times and have had cockroaches come in under my door. They won’t tell you a section of the building faces section 8 housing, where I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in the dumpster and been woken up to loud explicit music being blasted. Also watched cops search there multiple nights. A neighbor said a homeless person jumped onto their balcony once too. The trash constantly smells horrible and $45 for valet trash that doesn’t always get picked up. Overall, if you are a young woman or a person who values quiet and safety, this is not the place for you. Renters beware.

I have only been staying here a few months and the apartments are nice. There was a flood and they are remodeling the hall and apartments where there was flood damage. I called and complained about the after hours work and noise. No one returned my call. The construction workers are working until 8 or 8 30 PM. They are very loud and constantly letting the doors slam in the apartments they are working in. The door slams every few minutes for hours. They leave the hall way a complete mess. There are cords and trash left everywhere. The lights were completely out in the hall for days, with all the trip hazards left. There is drywall and construction debris not cleaned up and left scattered in the hall. The workers yell in the hall and play their music while they are working. They took my trash can and removed it and filled it full of trash outside. I came in and plastic was completely sealing my door off, no one removed it after painting. I came in and drywall was propped against the wall blocking my door. The workers pull up to the back of the apartment with their car radios blaring music. I work in construction and I have spent a long time building and remodeling in active buildings, everyday we clean up and leave the place spotless. We also minimize the noise as much as possible. There is not a competent supervisor here to oversee the work, and the apartment management staff doesn’t care enough to make sure that the work going on is not affecting the people that live here. what a shame.
