DO NOT live here. Is it possible to give 0 stars? This apartment complex does not protect you or your items. In the past three months, my vehicle has been broken into twice, Items have been stolen $500+. You can guess that management did/does nothing to make sure that where you live is actually safe and secure even though you pay a ridiculous amount in rent every month for a ROOM. Front office people Have no clue what to do in any circumstance that Your car does get broken into. Do not live here. I’m moving out after This lease is up. I’m sick of not being heard, I’m sick of there being no solutions to try and stop the ongoing theft. Also, the way that they do payments is incredibly dumb, It almost feels like they’re robbing you of your money because they forget to charge you For parking for months and guess what now your rent goes up an extra $300. If you like your sanity and Want to make Your apartment feel like a home? Do not live here. You will have endless headaches, Frustrating talks With management And guess what? The second elevator doesn’t work either! Plus the fire alarm goes off multiple times and doesn’t turn off until the Fire department comes! We are regulars with Austin FD! They even have complained on this complex! To highlight anything about this apartment complex is the maintenance, they are on the ball, and Definitely need to be Paid more because they do much more for the property than the front office people. Again, do not live here, Please do not make the same mistake I did. Save yourself money and live somewhere else that doesn’t have Repetitive Crimes. Also getting packages sucks! They do not put it in your box right away! Good luck getting your mail! Do NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Ive lived at Regents for two years, and planning on resigning to a smaller unit. The staff at Regents 26th has been so helpful in making the transition to my next year unit so efficient. The manager & leading desk associate Victoria and Kai have been so helpful and patient with the process. The building, location, and staff are amazing here.

This review is for Victoria at the office! I have worked with her many times and she always goes above and beyond to help me out. She does it with a big smile also! Highly recommend living at these apartments! They are clean, spacious, and convenient to campus!

I have been living here for the past year, and there have been numerous issues that are unacceptable, especially for such an expensive apartment. -The fire alarm consistently goes off in the middle of the night (about once a month) due to a sprinkler system issue. -There are frequent internet outages. -Recently the app to open doors in the building has not been working for any of the doors/elevators in the garage so I am unable to access my apartment from any of those entries. -The management team rarely replies to calls or emails. They did not reply when I informed them of multiple missing packages. They did not reply when I sent them proof of renters insurance. They told me I would be fined for not sending proof of insurance, despite the fact that I had sent it a month prior. -The building finally made their wifi private after a year of promising to make it private and not following through. The apartment informed us that they would send us passwords. However I did not receive a password. I emailed them about this and no one responded. I finally talked to the front desk in person, and they told me that I should email them so that they can fix the issue. This lack of basic communication is entirely unacceptable. I am also concerned about the safety of the building. At the beginning of the semester, all of the bikes in the garage had their tires stolen since the garage door was left open all night. I informed the front desk and they did nothing to address this issue. There have been multiple occasions of homeless people entering the building, sometimes even with knives. Additionally, I have had multiple recurring maintenance issues. -I informed the maintenance team of a leak in my ceiling following a storm. They said that the leak was fixed, but the ceiling remained moist and began to grow mold. After informing them again, they removed the moldy section of the ceiling, leaving a hole in my ceiling and debris around the room for an entire week straight. -My fridge broke and I made 3 maintenance requests over the course of 3 weeks. After each request they said it was fixed but the issue remained. It took another week for them to replace the fridge. So, we were left without access to any fridge for an entire month. It is obvious that management does not care for the safety or happiness of its residents. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience living here. If you are thinking about this apartment please consider living somewhere else.

Son just moved into Regents 26 and let me tell you...thanks to Kai and Victoria J. ALL this process went smoothly and his apartment was prepared and ready for him. Any adjustments or questions were handled very quickly and thoroughly. The management team truly seemed to care about the well being of my son even though the place was hopping and all people moving in. I never would have expected such personal care and service in such a large building with so many people. Thank you to the Regent West Team especially Kai and Victoria J. for making our son's move-in experience a good one and helping a Mom's heart be able to let go! Thank You Regents West!
