My clients and I had a great experience working with Paolo. He was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire application process. Communication was always clear, professional, and fast, which made everything smooth and stress free. I highly recommend his service.

PMI is a great property management team to work with as a Realtor. They make doing business with them easy as they are incredibly responsive and do try hard to accommodate requests from tenants. I have also referred them to investor clients that need someone to manage their properties with professionalism and care. They have done a great job all around. Paolo is very responsive on details internally and the owner, Renee, always takes the time to answer as well. Highly recommend.

My experience engaging PMI to lease out a property: 1. Tenants had to sign the lease 3 times because the agent kept getting basic information such as names, pet fees, included appliances, contact numbers wrong. All of this information had been provided to the agent in writing. However, the agent constantly makes errors. The constant errors delayed the lease signing by 9 days. 2. The agent did not properly communicate to the tenant the reason for the 3 leases. Tenants reached out to us separately to get an understanding of why they've had to sign 3 leases. 3. The agent sent an email to the tenants explaining the amounts that need to be paid. The agent added numbers together wrong. This could have been caught if he just double-checked his math. 4. The agent did not give us any updates regarding the key turnover meeting with the tenants. By 4pm on the day before the move in date, the agent did not even coordinate to come pick up the full set of keys from us (house, garage, mailbox). We had to work directly with the tenants to coordinate move in as the agent was not reliable. 5. On move in day, the agent said he needed to come to do an inspection. He showed up 10 mins late and was uninterested in talking to anyone. He went around the house taking pictures by himself and then disappeared. Tenants and I were very confused about what the agent was doing.

After recently working with another PM company that was a nightmare, working with Paolo was a breath of fresh air! He was super responsive, helpful and went out of his way to help me and my Clients. I'll send all my Landlords here from here on out!
