I have lived at MAA for over a year and recently renewed because I’ve enjoyed my experience so much. The management team is quick to resolve issues and always willing to help. Shante Knox is especially responsive, helpful, and does a great job keeping residents informed throughout the process. Maintenance requests are handled promptly as well. For the price and location, I truly don’t think there’s a better option. It feels like there aren’t a lot of hidden fees, which is refreshing. The amenities are great, and the community is in a highly walkable area with so much right nearby. Both apartments I’ve moved into have been exceptionally clean and exceeded my expectations, making each move-in experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Good location. I have been lived here about a year and moving into a new unit with my friend who moved to the town recently! Special callout for Johnny from the management team who helped me a lot for the initial application and transfer process. Their maintenance teams are also fast in responding and always get the fixes done.
