Johnny Lindsey has been outstanding from start to finish. He’s responsive, professional, and actually follows through on what he says he’ll do which is rare. Every question I had was handled quickly and clearly, and the whole leasing process felt smooth and stress free because of him and the MAA team. Christine is truly the best part of MAA South Lamar. She always goes above and beyond to help tenants and make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. In all the years I’ve known her, she has never had a bad attitude - she’s always pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. If Christine is having a tough day I'm sure we wouldn't notice - she's always kind and respectful. She’s an incredible asset to the property, and I hope the company knows how valuable she is.

I've been here for a little over a year now and truly love it. very close to downtown, secure garage and entrances, great amenities. My work order requests are done in a timely manner. I have lived at MAA S Lamar for 18 months now. I have, with out a doubt, been an absolute headache of a tenant. VERY badly the first 6 months and lately just annoying for little stuff. And despite all of that the staff in the front office continue to treat my like one of the best tenants. Which is really helpful when you have been going through a lot of stuff. You just never know when someones kindness to you will matter to someone. Johnny and Shante I have to name drop. Always going the extra mile to help me no matter what, and always very kindley. They bring the type of energy that makes you feel apart of the community. And is why for the first time in a long time, I decided to renew my lease and stay. They are both all stars and deserve a ton of praise.
