Had a very "rocky" move out. I had to end my lease early to relocate for work, but was able to secure a tenant who ended up paying ~$200/mo more in rent still with no vacancy, and I was still hit with a re-letting fee of ~$1450, which is a month of rent. No justification as to what that cost was for. Left a bad taste in my mouth of an otherwise very pleasant stay. The apartment itself is solid - never had any major pest issues and the location is great. But I lost faith in management after this, very sad!

After living here for three years, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem in the heart of Austin. The location is fantastic—close to so many outdoor spots and everything that makes Austin special. The sense of community made it an even better place to live. I really enjoyed my time here and will miss it.

I lived at Park Terrace for 3 years (2022 - 2025) and can't say enough good things. The complex is quiet, neighbors are all very friendly and property management is responsive and super helpful. I've recommended friends move here and made friends in my time there. The complex is very classically Austin, the pool is great and the grills are nice to have. I highly recommend!!!

I lived here for 3 wonderful years and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable — having the trail nearby was perfect for walks, runs, and just enjoying nature. Plus, the local events always gave me something to look forward to and made the area feel vibrant and alive. What truly made this place feel like home, though, was the community. The people here are kind, welcoming, and supportive — it’s rare to find a place where neighbors genuinely care about each other. That sense of connection made all the difference. If you're looking for a place that offers both convenience and a true sense of belonging, I can't recommend this apartment community enough!

I had a wonderful time in my apartment here. Stayed for 3 years, and any complaints were well handled. Maureen is responsive and honest, and I had nothing but good things to say about her and the maintenance team, especially Jessie. The area itself is closer to downtown, so it comes with the expected pros and cons there as you would expect. I had no noise complaints from my neighbors (thicker ceilings than any property I've lived in before), and especially enjoyed the courtyard, as it gave me the chance to walk my cat regularly within an enclosed space and far from traffic.
