I have been here at Park at Summers Grove for 3 years. The staff Ms. Elda, Ms. Carol and Ms. Gloria are very welcoming. They host activities for the residents and provide fresh items each month from HEB. The maintenance who take care of repairs are very efficient and get the job done that day no later than the next. Monday thru Friday they pick up trash around the apartment keeping it clean. The lawn men come once a week Tuesdays and cut the grass. But most of all I like is these are townhomes which no one is on top of my head and you can sit outside and enjoy the weather and peace. So come on down they have one to three bedrooms and are reasonably priced. Such a great team, so happy l was referred by a friend to live here. Thank you guys. 😊

Mr. Fernando came to my apartment to help me with a water issue. He does excellent work and is very kind. He always helps us with the maintenance of our apartment. Thank you. The property is also in very good condition. He is very kind.

The Park at Summer’s Grove is a an amazing place to live!!!!! Elda knows how to take care of the residents and make sure we are safe
