I can only share my experience...if your respectful and legit, you should receive the same in return...5 STARS LADIES...on my 2 yr anniversary!!! Kim is still keeping the property SAFE & CLEAN!!! Ashley is the definition of a FANTASTICK ASSISTANT, if Kim is busy; I can always count on her to get anything done, NO FAIL. Last, but NOT LEAST, ALIJSHA the new receptionist....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! I'm disabled with bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, & DIABETES. She's in the perfect position. I recently suffered an episode due to the stress of TRUMP cutting my insurance/lost my full time MHMR social worker. I hadn't slept & needed to eat/diabetes. Instead of embarrassing/shaming me; or mistaking me for being under the influence...ALIJSHA took the TIME TO LISTEN TO ME & BECAUSE I FELT HEARD, I was able to recover and get to my apartment/home safely. It's dangerous for diabetics in public when our blood sugar levels shift dramatically/I've only been diabetic for a year... between my social worker and the staff here, I've required intervention/medical attention half a dozen times. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Capital View Apartments! Ms. Kim Lopez was absolutely professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive. Highly recommend Capital View Apartments — top-notch community with outstanding staff!
