This building offers a vibrant living experience with an unbeatable downtown location, often praised for its proximity to Lady Bird Lake, trails, and walkable access to restaurants and entertainment. Residents frequently highlight the beautiful amenities, including a fantastic pool deck and well-maintained shared spaces, along with a generally friendly and responsive maintenance team. While many appreciate the helpful and welcoming staff, some past residents have expressed concerns about inconsistent communication, occasional elevator issues, and instances where the leasing or management experience felt less than ideal.

edit: it’s been a week and there’s still no progress on the elevator being fixed in this “luxury” apartment lol. what’s funny is that they’ll still happily take your money online without telling you when you buy a ticket on spothero. Can’t believe it takes a “luxury” apartment this long to fix their only disability friendly way to leave the garage. public parking garage elevator does not work. neither does their emergency call buttons in the stairwell. since there’s no service there, this apartment just wants disabled people to be trapped in their PAID garage. idk what the money is going towards because it’s not maintenance of their garage.

We lived here for 2 years and loved every minute! You're right by the trail and walkable to everything. The location is truly unbeatable. The front desk workers and the maintenance crew make living here so wonderful-- they're all fantastic. Would recommend 10x over.

Big fan of the building. Best location in downtown hands down! Everyone in the building from the leasing office to concierge is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance requests normally get handled the same day. Hopefully we will stay long term!

I lived here for 3 years and had at least one major issue every year. From my AC being broken all summer in my first unit, to management issues and horrible attitudes, it’s just not worth it. There are so many buildings downtown that are much newer with far better amenities, for similar or even lower rates. There is a review from 3 months ago as of the time I’m writing this, from a gentleman who speaks about culture issues and ego problems among property management; I would highly encourage any prospective residents to read that review because I would co-sign it wholeheartedly. Management issues are horrendous considering the amount of money you pay to live here. Notably, Tiffany is incredibly condescending and treats you like you’re a major inconvenience in every interaction. I’ve had previous managers give me attitudes and try to block me from doing business at my home building. It’s disheartening and unfortunate that management behavior is so disrespectful when you pay $3500+ to live here. Emails from management feel like we’re all children getting into trouble. They have created a very uncomfortable culture and it’s sad to come home to your building every day reminded of this. Zach, a previous RSM from a few years ago, although he seemingly had a grudge against me (I think because my ex was rude to him once), I will admit, made it fun and very attractive to live at Northshore. PM ought to learn why he was so effective. The attitudes you get here since he left feel patronizing and create such discomfort, it’s gross. The building is nice, the pool deck is great, and the maintenance team is really good, but it’s simply not worth it. Again, You can pay the same rate or less at many buildings downtown that are far better, newer, and nicer amenities. Dakota from leasing, and Anthony & Nate from concierge deserve a shoutout though. They are consistently kind, courteous, and professional to everyone. 2 stars for (mostly) fun residents, good location, pool, and maintenance. Everything else takes away from this property’s value drastically.

On May 25, 2026, between approximately 2:20 p.m. and 2:27 p.m., I had a genuinely positive experience while completing an Uber delivery at Northshore Apartments, located at 110 San Antonio Street in Austin. As someone with a background in customer service and property management, I really notice when concierge staff embody professionalism and courtesy, and that was my experience here today. From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted respectfully and treated with kindness and professionalism throughout the interaction. I understand concierge roles can be busy and demanding, but small gestures like acknowledging someone, offering a greeting, and treating people with respect go a long way. Delivery workers, housekeeping staff, vendors, and others all play a role in helping residents receive services, and being treated with decency truly makes a difference. I wanted to share this experience because excellent customer service deserves recognition just as much as poor service deserves feedback. Thank you to the concierge staff for creating a welcoming and professional environment.
