Melroy Apartments

I lived at Melroy for a few years and overall it was a good experience! I recommend living here. The location is great for walking/commuting, maintenance was also super quick, and the property manager is the best! The apartment building is older so make sure you do a tour to see if it’s your vibe.

Lovely experience at Melroy. I lived here my senior year at UT, is in a quieter area in North Campus but there is still plenty around. There is a laundromat, plenty of coffee shops, and central market within walking distance. It is also within close walking distance to campus (the campus bus also comes every ten minutes and the stop is located about 2 minutes from melroy). The apartment is older but if issues arise the maintenance is very quick to fix it. Chris the manager is also very quick and reliable.

I wasn’t living here for a super long time, but I didn’t have any problems here. Management got back to me fast. Nice little studio in one of my favorite areas of Austin. I barely saw any of my neighbors, except for one. That isn’t a bad thing, though! Peaceful if anything. The parking was probably the worst thing about it, but I’m still giving it 5-stars. Thank you for being good!

Affordable housing close to the UT campus. Very good management and super fast and reliable maintenance. Great place to live!
