Marq Uptown

Thank you to the Marq Uptown team for making my move in seem less. Randy, Christian and Tonya were so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to some fun resident events. Also, the area is super quiet and peaceful to walk my dog around.

This is my third year living here at Marq Uptown and I have nothing but positive comments! The location is great, the property always feels safe, and the management team is unbeatable. Randy and Christian are always kind and willing to assist with any matter. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and communicative. Every staff member provides a friendly face! My unit is spacious with plenty of storage, and the property has a great pool to enjoy! I cannot recommend Marq Uptown enough!

I have seen an influx of potential renters here at Marq Uptown so I wanted to post a review. This has been a long time coming. When I say I can’t wait for my lease to end, I mean it. I truly do not even know where to begin. From the lackluster units that leave much to be desired for the price to the monthly unit inspections with little notice and the staff who don’t take things too seriously, Marq Uptown seriously lacks all around. The building is not well kept. Pictures attached. And it isn’t just a trash problem. While the maintenance team is very nice, I’ve seen them walk by spills and messes for days until the cleaning person is back onsite. Dogs are regularly off leash inside, workers sleep in the media room in the morning and during lunch, anyone can enter after hours, and there is absolutely no after hour support. If you call the after hours line, you are transferred to an outsourced call center who simply takes a message. Beyond excited for my lease to end in a few short months and I know that I will never rent from CWS again!
