Marq Uptown

In January my daughter had a major flooding situation with another property and we were able to get into the Marq Uptown and taking care of very professionally quickly! In fact, we had lived in several properties in this area over the last 4 years and this has been the best. This property is well kept- no garbage in halls, pool cleaned often, exercise room, Club Room spotless, garage secure with many gates, etc. Great location and very safe! It is right of off 35 and also close but far enough from UT campus not to deal with UT traffic on weekends. The staff has always been fast at responding and really professional. This property is highly recommended for young and old.

Great apartments! Very responsive and clean/nice community!

Was a great community until the new management came in few months ago and the decisions being taken are not in the best interest of the community. For example, now they force you to take a Google Fiber internet subscription of $65 with every lease. Sad to see the downfall.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at this complex. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, campus, and downtown. The team at Marq Uptown, including both the office staff and maintenance team, has always been friendly, professional, and highly responsive whenever assistance is needed. The property is well-maintained, feels secure, and despite being located near the highway, it remains a surprisingly quiet community. If I had to point out a few areas for improvement, they would mostly involve some of the amenities. The pool area is fantastic, but the gym could benefit from updated equipment and a few additional machines. Many of the TVs throughout the clubhouse and sky deck either don't have cable access or simply don't seem to function properly, which can be disappointing when hosting gatherings or events. Additionally, the elevators have experienced recurring outages during my time here, and it would be great to see those issues addressed more consistently. I’d also love to see a few more community events throughout the year, as the ones they do host are always enjoyable and well attended. Overall, I’ve lived at Marq Uptown and have been very happy with my experience. The great location, responsive staff, and well-kept community outweigh the few areas that could use improvement, and I would gladly recommend it to others looking for an apartment in the area.
