This place is very centrally located in Austin, and I really enjoyed living here. Everyone was very kind and friendly with me throughout my stay. I only lived here for eight months, but during that time they were always helpful with anything I needed. The property includes all the necessary services, and the staff is patient, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The location is one of the best parts for me, as it sits right in the middle of Austin, making it quick and easy to get anywhere in the city. You can move around efficiently in all directions. It is also close to many supermarkets, which makes daily life very convenient and comfortable overall.

I lived here for a year and have nothing but great things to say. The management is amazing- they respond super fast to inquiries and emails and are very communicative and reasonable. I've never had a complex respond faster to maintenance requests. Every single one of my requests was answered the following day. The facilities are all clean and the complex itself feels very safe. I moved for personal reasons but highly recommend this complex.

I have lived at the Mackenzie Pointe Apartments for close to 3 years and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment complex in North Austin. It's just a few minutes from Hyde Park and a 12-minute drive from UT Campus, which are perfect for my school and social needs. The primary thing I want to express is that Margaret and the rest of the property management team are excellent and make living here a great experience. It has been incredibly refreshing after the experience I had in the last complex I lived in before Mackenzie Pointe. Daniel and the rest of the maintenance team were always responsive, effectively addressed any issues, and were respectful of the apartment space during and after their periods in my unit. The management company and the management team are active in doing upkeep and improvement projects on the amenities and community spaces. The units are nice, new, and quite large. I have the floor plan with extra internal space rather than a balcony, and friends always comment on how big the space is when they first visit. Especially for the price point, the units are great. Margaret and her team have been great with handling any issues I have had, and I am very grateful for the work they do. The price point is great for the location and general quality. They also did not try and price-gauge me when renewing my lease each time I have, which is common in Austin. Last thing I'll mention is that I have not had any significant issues with bugs which were a huge problem at my last place and with many friends of mine in apartments throughout Austin. So yea, would definitely recommend this place as long as Margaret and the rest of the team are here.

As a resident of Mackenzie Pointe Apartments for the past 11 years, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful living experience I have had here. Throughout my time at Mackenzie Pointe, I have had the pleasure of living in four different floor plans, including both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each of these homes has offered the same great amenities, making my experience incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. From day one, I have been impressed by the superior and friendly management team. Your commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment is evident, and it truly makes a difference in our community. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well; they are some of the best in the business. Despite the complex being older, the maintenance staff ensures that everything is kept in excellent condition, addressing any issues promptly and always with a smile. Whenever I have encountered a problem, the management office has been incredibly responsive, taking care of everything immediately and with a willingness to help that is greatly appreciated. I also want to highlight the amenities that enhance our community life. The pool is fantastic, providing a refreshing escape during the warm months, and the dog park has become a beloved spot where I’ve had the opportunity to connect with fellow dog owners. It feels like living within a family, with friendly neighbors and a supportive atmosphere. Mackenzie Pointe is perfectly located, offering easy access to various parts of the city, which adds to the overall convenience of living here. In my opinion, Mackenzie Pointe is the best apartment complex in Austin, Texas, especially considering the value we receive for our rent, the quality of the staff, and the great sense of community among the residents.
