I’ve been living here since last August and have had a really great experience overall. The leasing office, especially Dianna, were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire move-in process. I also think the complex is very affordable. My rent is only about $100 more (i do have a pet) than the base rent, and I do pay water and internet separately. For the Georgetown/Round Rock area, I think the pricing is great for the quality of the apartments and everything the community offers. I also love our amenities, the pool area with ping pong and cornhole is my favorite. The gym is pretty simple, but for me it has everything I need. The complex is also very well maintained. They have regular upkeep like fresh mulch, repainting parking lot stripes, and power washing. I had a few maintenance requests early on, including the dryer making a strange noise and an outlet that stopped working, and both issues were handled pretty quickly. Being on the third floor I do hear footsteps during the afternoons, but I keep my apartment pretty quiet so that’s pretty normal apartment living. Communication from management has also been excellent. They keep residents updated about community events like food trucks and crafts (they always have a good amount of fun monthly activities), maintenance reminders like air filter changes, and any important complex updates. Overall, this is a really amazing apartment complex. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a well-kept and friendly place to live.

Living here was such an amazing experience!! I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. Jade was amazing from the moment I toured the apartment to the day I moved out. Maintenance was always super quick and super nice! We had ant problems every now and then and pest control would come the day after a request was sent. The property itself is so well kept and maintained. The balcony and stair railings were repainted and parking lots were restriped this year, mulch replaced both years, also landscaping was always nice with flowers planted around. Never had any noise problems or parking issues. My 2bed unit had great layout with plenty of storage and huge closets and bathrooms. Literally have nothing bad to say. 1000000% recommend!!

Marquell, at MAA Windmill Hill maintenance team, has been very helpful, professional, respectful and informative with all of my maintenance request. AND completes the request in a timely manner as well!!
