We have had a wonderful experience living here. Every employee is very kind and quick to help. The office staff also sends out birthday cards. A small, special acknowledgment. Maintenance orders are fulfilled quickly and there is great regular upkeep (air filters, power washing, etc). There are also many wonderful community programs and food trucks! The property is very clean with great amenities. We have nothing but satisfaction and feel valued as tenants.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bright, welcoming layout and modern amenities that are exceptionally well maintained. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents, esp Crystal - our leasing consultant - was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is peaceful and relaxing, creating a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Overall, this apartment offers outstanding value and genuinely feels like home. I truly recommend it!

I’ve lived at Windmill Hill Apartments for about a year now, and overall it’s been a really great experience. The office staff Diana, Crystal, and Jade are always so kind and helpful, and even the manager, Colin, goes out of his way to make sure residents are taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion (especially emergencies), and the maintenance team is always friendly. The only downside is that the third-party after-hours hotline can be a bit hit or miss, but the on-site team makes up for it. The community itself is well cared for and offers so many great amenities. I love the dog park and pet grooming station, as well as the community events like food trucks, doormat decorating, and holiday activities around Halloween and Christmas. They even have electric car chargers and, best of all, no breed restrictions for dogs which is such a huge plus for pet owners. The only real issue I’ve had is the noise. Living on the first floor, you can hear every footstep from the apartment above you, and there’s basically no noise cancellation. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. But aside from that, Windmill Hill is a wonderful place to live, well priced for the area, and backed by a genuinely supportive staff. I’d definitely recommend it!

DO NOT MOVE HERE — TOXIC MOLD, NEGLECTFUL MANAGEMENT, AND UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at 1501 Blue Ridge Dr, Georgetown, TX has been one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. This complex is a health hazard and a complete nightmare in every possible way. First and most alarmingly — my apartment has been infested with toxic mold. I have documented and professionally reported this, but the management has taken zero accountability. They have ignored my concerns, failed to act on the health risks, and shown an appalling lack of care or responsibility toward me as a tenant. Parking is a joke. There is virtually no available parking, forcing me to pay for a carport just to have reasonable access to my own home. That’s on top of already ridiculous rent prices for substandard living conditions. The trash situation is disgraceful. The compactor frequently breaks down, resulting in trash piling up around the property — overflowing, rotting, and creating a disgusting and unsanitary environment for residents. This isn’t an occasional issue — it’s constant and unresolved. Noise and safety are also a serious concern. The tenants above me have caused repeated disturbances, and shockingly, I later found out that this exact unit had complaints with the previous resident as well. Yet the complex still placed another tenant in the same situation with no resolution or support. It’s clear they don’t care about tenant wellbeing — only collecting rent. Management has been consistently dismissive, and incompetent and even trying to put these issues on me as a renter saying I kept my apartment too cold at 65-70. They want to shut me up and have me sign a release forum and wave my rights. If you care about your health, your sanity, or even just basic livable conditions — stay far, far away from this place. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, and in hindsight, I wish I had never signed a lease here worst experience of MY LIFE.

We lived at MAA Windmill Hill for 2 years (July 2023 – August 2025) and had a fantastic experience. After coming from a community with poor management, we were pleasantly surprised here. Fees and payments were always clear and transparent, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance team is friendly and reliable, and the office staff (Diana, Jade and Collin) are super kind, straightforward, and efficient. The amenities are top-notch and always well maintained, with clear communication whenever service was scheduled. We only moved because we needed more space, but MAA Windmill Hill is truly an amazing place to live!
