M Station Apartments

AMAZING property and staff! Our team visited this property today and got to speak with Crystal; she was so kind and very accommodating. Had such a pleasant experience!

I lived at Mstation for 12 years. The complex is absolutely horrible and unsafe! The apartments are infested with roaches and mold. My children and I were always sick and not feeling well due to the mold. The mold problem is not isolated to just one apartment. It's the entire apartment complex dealing with the issue. My AC was out every other week for a entire year. I kept being told there was no issue. They would fix it long enough so it would stay on until closing time. Not even 30 mins to an hr after closing it would go back off. During the last freeze our heater went out during 18° weather and I was told noone was going to come fix it or offer us heaters to keep warm even with 4 kids. Foundation communities is more concerned with throwing apartments up as fast as they can to "help families" but once those aparts are up they do not maintenance them or keep up with them enough for them to even be nice. The new manager who has only been there a month is horribly rude. She gives you dirty looks and acts like shes better than you are. Has a disrespectful attitude and refuses to allow anyone to speak to anyone but her. Which is odd! They told me a week before my lease expired that my rent was going to go up $650. Who could even come up with that money in a week? Forcing us to have to find somewhere else to move with a weeks notice. After being loyal to the complex for 12 years, and always paying my rent on time. We were treated so poorly. I thought Foundation communities was about helping families. We graduated from their program successfully 11 years ago being one of their success stories to just try and throw us out on the street. Horrible! I would not recommend Mstation to any of my friends and family unless you want your car towed, car broken into or stolen. Drama with nosey neighbors or roaches that refuse to go away because nobody cares to actually do anything to help. The assistant manager Crystal was the only one with a heart to always be kind and be helpful to residents. But not the manager refuses to allow anyone to even speak with crystal. These apartments are definitely not worth over 2k they are trying to charge people.
