Terrible experience. So many roaches. They came in through under my door, my closet, they run around the property at night. Didn't matter how many pest control visits I asked for, didn’t make a difference. Had one crawling out of my bedroom closet as I was trying to sleep. Horrendous. Also had to get my ac fixed over 3 times in one year. The first time it didnt even get fixed correctly so I ended up paying HUNDREDS extra in electric bills. Im not exaggerating. My bills compared with the year after it was actually fixed had over $130 difference multiple months. Don't expect to get your deposit back. They will take it even if you clean your place for 10 hours straight and leave everything by the book. They charged us extra fees just because. When I renewed my lease but roommate moved out they charged $200 to remove them from the lease..and I was having to pay a renewal fee as well. Its ridiculous. Makes no sense. Highway robbery. These apartments are very run down, abandoned cars litter the adjacent streets. Overpriced for what you're getting. Appliances break frequently. My freezer broke twice in one year. Management is very poor. They make a lot of mistakes. Took them 11 months to start to seriously look into the roach issue in my unit. I've lived in over 15 residences all around austin over 3 decades, never in my life experienced roach issues like this. Found sometimes 4-5 giant ones in my unit in one week. ALIVE. Doesn't matter how clean you are. Units are very poorly made. You can and will hear your neighbors. Sounded like my upstairs neighbor did crossfit. Then they let children run and jump and do parkour in upper level units. I wouldn't recommend living here. Atrocious experience. Id stay far away.

At Lexington you will be met with Incredibly Great, friendly Staff, fun holiday & community events and a generally gorgeous place to stay. The pool and workout areas are beautiful as well and it's located nearby almost anything you can think of. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend building a life here. I've been a resident for almost 8 years. 😉🫶🙏🏼 Thank you Sarah and to all the staff at Lexington hiss for always being superstars.

Best place ever! I have lived in Austin since 1987. Not only do I love the price point, location and staff but the tenants also. This is the first place I've ever lived that the tenants respect each others privacy and space. At night there is no loud music or inconsiderate neighbors. No one EVER is outside "partying" and carrying on. At night, on my awesome patio, it is so quiet and pleasant. Thank you Veronica and Sabrina for having a cheerful and helpful office staff and frequent tenant appreciation activities. A special shout out to Elliot and Ernest, the maintenance staff. Always cheerful and helpful.

Lexington Hills is great on all counts!!! The office staff is friendly and always helpful. They are warm and welcoming. The maintenance team is quick to respond and efficient. They demonstrate care and patience. I love my apartment. The complex is quiet and well maintained. I recommend checking it out.
