Korina & Alder at The Grove

I’ve lived here for 2 years now. The location is great and I love being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby (I’m obsessed with Verdad). I’ve lived in several apartments over the years and while every complex has its issues, that comes with apartment living. If you can’t stand hearing your neighbors at times and expect no maintenance issues, buy a house lol.

Would not recommend. Even though it is new and marketed as “luxury” you can hear everything through all the walls, above, below, and sides. I constantly hear people screaming and running up and down the halls. Packages are constantly being stolen with no help from management. Elevators are constantly broken. Doors that require a key fob are always propped open eliminating the idea of a “safe” community. Gate for apartment parking is constantly broken as well. It truly just doesn’t meet the standards they promise.

I toured this apartment recently and was very impressed. The community is clean and well organized, and the apartmentst appear to be well cared for. The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made a great first impression. I feel confident about choosing this place as my future home.
