I lived here Fall 2023- Spring 2024. This is one of the most cheapest built apartments I have seen in West Campus. I would simply tape something small on the wall and the entire wall's paint would strip off. There was constant flooding due to plumbing problems and washer/dryer issues. It took us over a week to get our washer and dryer fixed by maintenance. The apartment smells like weed often. This is no fault to Inspire, but Rise was just getting built when I moved in and the noise was insane. Our apartment faced the side of Rise so we didn't really get any direct sunlight. If you are thinking of moving here, definitely check where your unit is. Also, $1,435 a month is insane. I am glad I moved when I did. For the cheap building and rundown appliances, would not recommend this place.

The staff and building are simply amazing. It's the best housing downtown. They offer a lot for a great price here.
