One thing I’m going to say, this place is trash. I been living here longer than the management that is here now they got a lot to fix around here.

My experience at this complex was mixed during my stay, but it definitely ended very negatively by the end of my lease. During the time I lived in the apartment, I had several maintenance issues that were never properly addressed despite being reported multiple times, including damage to the flooring, stains on the kitchen counter, and a deteriorating bathtub. There was also a lack of response or follow-up from management regarding these requests. However, the most concerning issue has been after I vacated the apartment on November 29, 2025. To date, more than two months have passed, and I still haven't received my security deposit. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls. Initially, I was informed that the check had been sent, but I never received it. Then, they asked for my address again to resend it, which I provided, but I still haven't received confirmation, a tracking number, or any resolution. The lack of communication, organization, and accountability from management has been extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this place if you expect professional handling, especially when it comes to ending the contract and getting your deposit back.

I was really considering moving here, but a friend who lives here warned me about the terrible maintenance issues and the bad attitude from both the office staff and maintenance team. After hearing about their poor response and unprofessional behavior, I decided not to apply. Huge red flag.
