5 star property and staff! Our team visited this property today and got to speak with Sarabeth in the leasing office; she was so helpful and accommodating. Had such a great time stopping by today!

Complex Haus 5350 has been incredible! The management and maintenance team truly go above and beyond. Sarah Beth is always so kind and helpful in the office — she makes everything so easy and is always willing to assist with anything we need. And Vernon is amazing! He consistently takes great care of us and keeps the maintenance around the property and businesses in top shape. We’re so grateful for their hard work and the pride they take in keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great property right in the middle of the Burnet Road action. The units are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and on top of their business. As a vendor I am onsite frequently and can’t tell you how many times I have witnessed Vernon stop in mid conversation to open a door or help a resident get something out of their vehicle. He’s always polite and friendly with everyone he sees. Being a great maintenance supervisor is one thing, but being a great person is icing on the cake. Wish we had more guys like him at some of the other properties we service!

Five Stars for Haus5350 across the board. Onsite staff and management are always welcoming and easy to work with. The Maintenance supervisor on site, Vernon is top notch. The building & Units are always well maintained, projects run smoothly, and I’m always impressed with how he brings the building community together. I would highly recommend this team & Property- I would certainly refer friends and family here, and feel privileged to be a vender they trust. Keep up the great work!

I love living here. The property is so cute and well maintained. The office team has always been responsive and communicative and the maintenance team does a great job with completing my work orders quickly. There is tons of parking in the parking garage, so I'm never concerned with coming home at night and the lot being full. There are also so many great places to eat and go out within walking distance. It's really central, so I've been able to shave 30 minutes off my commute time! Overall, I've had a great experience so far!
