The hive is a great place to live. Residents are kind and respectful and the staff are the most caring people. I highly recommend living here 🔥🔥.

I have spent five years at UT Austin, and I am currently in graduate school completing my master’s degree. This is by far the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. I would not recommend living here under any circumstances, regardless of location or price. We went two months without air conditioning and six months without hot water. Management has been unable to do anything to help, and the fees are outrageous. If I have any parting gift to fellow students or Austinites, it would be this: do NOT live in this building.

I have been a resident for the Hive for the past 4 years and I love living here, the trash that past resident talked about don't clarify that's it's either there own trash or resident who are just leaving them out for a few minutes to clean out there apartments, though yes the Hive try there best to keep this place cleaned sadly, not trying to throw shade at my neighbors but some are not the cleanest and don't pick after themselves, again only a few handful maybe Second the roach problem, maybe it's just me but again lived here for 4 years and the most I have ever seen was some fruit flies (which was my own fault) I never seen a roach either in my apartment, laundry room, or property. Unless there really good at hiding I believe maintenance and pest are there a amazing job keeping no bugs 3 now I only lived with The Hive,The Hive staff are very friendly and helpful no complaints for them, but Harrington/flats (never been a resident through them but had close friends who have and I have had a tour with them) though yes they maybe mean well they sadly don't have the best customer service, not always reliable when it comes to calls or text but I can't give my full honest opinion since I haven't moved with them 4 this is the sad truth but the AC problem is unfixable, does it work like a regular AC obviously, but the main problem is that how old the AC system is and how it functions, if it's freezing cold outside it takes a minute but not too long for the warmth to kick in but due to Texas bipolar weather the quick mixup from cold to hot could confuse the AC making it work slow, again that only happens when Texas mixes up it's weathering 5 this is my last part of review which I think should be mentioned, The Hive in my opinion is like the perfect started apartment especially for fellow UT students, the neighborhood is very quite, and close to alot of stores and especially UT so I will stay and continue living at The Hive.

The Staff is Awesome!! Dale ❤️u!!!!!!! Carol ❤️ Excellent.. Yeah bugs there..but you have to tell them .and I Garantee. They gone be DEAD as a Door Nail. ❤️This place💯 What do u Expect.. Red River Rocks!! So does The Hive .. ⛳😊💯👍 Oh HEB right up the Street..shop early And Fridays ate Hamburgers/ HotDogs.. ❤️This Place and The Staff .💯👍It's in the Palm of your Hands because I writing a Book ...❤️❤️this Place. Maintenance is 💯fix your stuff they busy .put your request in..,They fix it .🔅
