One star because management is dishonest. Forcing residents to pay the service fee for Fetch package and claiming the service is a value add is infuriating. If people want to use it let them use it but given that the concierge is still sitting at their desk, it should be be acceptable to ship there. Changing this policy mid-lease, while allowed under the lease agreement, is VERY disappointing.

0 Stars if it were possible. The new mandatory Fetch packaging service is borderline illegal. Residents have created a local petition but tone deaf upper management has decided to move forward because it is another way to monetize tenets. I expect a response with 'I'm so sorry to hear this and we worked on a best response to our packaging issue' which is expected. If you are considering this property look elsewhere. FOLLOW UP FROM OWNER RESPONSE: I've been in contact for over a week with my main concerns not answered and still not provided contractual language about a mid-lease change in terms. I will continue to post publicly until package liability and USPS questions are answered.
