Horrible help with manger & mangerment we play 50 bucks on top of our rent We're never late on rent & we make sure we're good neighbors especially having little ones out spot port has been broken for over a year & not being done with any help

I wish I hadn't rented here; everything is terrible. I've been reporting the air conditioning and stove for three weeks. They come to check it, do nothing, and mark the job as completed. I've gone to the office in person, and they still don't offer a solution. Without air conditioning, you can't even sleep at night. I'm truly frustrated. 😖 If you can avoid it, DO NOT RENT IN FORT BRANCH
