They are very unprofessional. When ever you go in for questions they always have an attitude. There this lady that will literally ignore you and go into the phone and start calling people while you are speaking to her . You send a service request and they take for ever to come and fix it . They are never open they can never fix anything when you have a question if I was you AVOID THIS PROPERTY they just care about the money !!!!!

I recently had a great experience while searching for a 1bdrm apartment. Jasmine was very professional, organized, even went out of her way to work around my schedule while offering good info and great vibes! Thanks again!

This place is horrible do not move here all the ladies that work in this office all live on property and if you complain about the tenants the whole apartment complex is mad at you these roaches is really really bad and no one around here speaks English the rent goes up and down so it's different every time I get ready to pay I have seen the manager deduct some of the amount on her computer if she can delete some money she can also add some I'm so tired of putting in work orders and nothing is never done please what ever you do don't make any one mad at the office cause they will make you pay some kind of way you will have to walk on egg shells if you open up your mouth and say anything this person the manager seen me at the corner store circle k at 933 runberg ln and approach me off the clock and told me that I better take my review down or she would get her lawyer involved I have heart issues and it's alot of other things that I have going on I felt threatened and she didn't care I have all this written down and I also have the authority involved so all these other people that is saying that she is so great this is not professional at all and at the end of the day this is wrong and I'm going to continue to fight this matter and also the little girls that is working in the office is mad at me as well so I just stay out of the office and isolate myself cause this is not professional at all the roach invested has not stopped and I should not feel this way I should feel safe walking to the store right now I'm so scared just even leaving my apartment I even cried and she didn't even care please believe me I have all the evidence and I'm not scared to do the right thing justice will be done.

I just moved in a few days ago. They handed over the apartment without a shower. I've been to the office many times and they haven't done anything, besides having to put up with the rude and arrogant office worker. I have to put up with this for a year. I don't recommend moving here. Ask other people before moving so you don't have this experience.
