Management team response are quick and professional even before the lease start. Maintenance team resolve issues very quickly as well.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Flora Apartments so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive. I’ve had such a good experience here that I’m actually planning on upgrading to a bigger apartment instead of moving somewhere else. That alone says a lot about how comfortable and happy I’ve been living here. Definitely a great place to call home.

I moved to Austin almost a year ago, without ever visiting the city and leasing my apartment fully online and I gotta say it was one of the smoothest experience of renting in my life. Connie the property manager is a gem of a human being and is always there to assist you with any apartment issue. The maintenance people are very responsible and were quick to attend to any service request.
