Toured with Michaela, she was great! Super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the community. They offer a 2-story 1-bed floor plan which is super unique. Community was clean and well kept.

Amazing place, great community, lots of social activities and friendly people. Jenae is a great leasing agent. I was not in Austin at the time and she took the extra step to give me a virtual tour and show me the place.

I love living at Flatiron! It’s right at the south end of The Domain, so there are tons of places to eat and shop nearby. The resident happy hour is one of my favorite things—it’s such a fun way to meet neighbors and network. The staff and maintenance team are always super friendly and quick to help out. Couldn’t ask for a better community!

I absolutely love living at Flatiron Domain. The location is perfect, the community is welcoming, and the events make it feel like home away from home. The leasing team truly treats you like family, and Janae has been amazing from the very start. When I first called from Michigan, she patiently answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to lease sight unseen. Since moving in, she’s been so kind and helpful—always keeping me updated on events and even stepping in to help me carry heavy packages to my apartment. Thanks to Janae, Flatiron doesn’t just feel like an apartment, it feels like a community I’m happy to call home.

I recently toured The Flats and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Jenny. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through the amenities, and really made sure I could picture myself living there. What stood out most was how genuine and patient Jenny was throughout the tour. They weren’t just trying to “sell” the apartment—they clearly cared about helping me find the right fit. It made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. Even though I’m still considering my options, my experience here definitely made a lasting impression.
