We recently moved into FlatIron and have had a great experience so far. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions, which made our move feel seamless and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but Jessica’s professionalism and attention to detail made everything so much easier. We truly appreciate all of her help and are excited to call FlatIron home. i have called them about 10 times this week and not one time have they answered the phone. They make it very hard to get an apartment ive also gave them my email on the website and my phone number and they havent contacted me. Their phone bot ezra thing is genuinly the worst clanker ive ever seen it wont work and wont tranfer the call or give any useful information.

Building needs attention to cleanliness and smoking policies. I don’t feel like the price I’m paying is worth the conditions they keep the property at and allow people to be smoking all day in the garage

Jessica and the leasing staff were incredibly helpful and really took the time to make the process smooth. However the building need maintenance and the neighbors are not the best. Every time I go to my car I get sick from smelling all the cigarettes my neighbors smoke everyday on the garage and leave the trash in the floor. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance are not up to the price.
