Falconhead Apartments

Stefany gave me a tour when I was looking for apartments and her energy and friendliness was a huge influence to me choosing these apartments. She is who I go to for any help with apartment needs and is always super fast to resolve and respond! This being my first apartment on my own I am very lucky to have a leasing agent like her considering there are many that don’t tend to be as friendly or helpful! 5 stars for Stefany!

The atmosphere in the office is wonderful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when choosing a place to live. Stefany handled everything with a high level of professionalism—showing me around and answering all my questions. The complex grounds are beautiful and very clean. I especially loved the area behind the complex, with its beautiful views and walking paths. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the team at Falconhead Apartments! 🙏

I am a long time residence (going on 5 years) I consider Falconhead Apartments my home and community. I love my home and neighbors. The current owner's and new management company, manager Amber Palio and assistant manager Kathy Buras are working very hard to improve our community. Kathy Buras has been especially wonderful. Always available with an open door to listen and help. She does the best she can within her power. Believe me she will go to bat for you. Bottom line is decisions and changes are made by corporate. I’m very happy and appreciative of all their efforts and staffing. Good people make a good community.

Lived here going on 4 years now. Been a good property and have mostly enjoyed my time here. Amber (property manager) is professional, respectful, empathetic, and easy to deal with. Good place to live.

As the Assistant Property Manager at Falconhead Apartments, Kathie balances high-level professionalism with a rare, personal touch. She doesn’t rely on "one-size-fits-all" answers; instead, she takes the time to understand your unique situation and crafts a solution specifically for you.
