Roaches, a/c doesn’t work half the time, impossible to get in touch with point of contact for issue after issue. We are miserable after three months. Do not rent here. Edit: A/C has now been out 5 times in the 4 months we’ve lived here- all occurring in the summer. Edit 2: it’s been a year and a half here- ROACHES EVERYWHERE :,( can’t wait for our lease to end. Overpriced and terribly managed.

Tenants do not have control over their AC/Heating systems. Unfortunately, the buildings are tied to an antiquated singular system, wherein the *entire complex* can only operate on AC or on heat. This means that either all tenants can use the AC (but can't turn on heat), or they can all use the heater (but can't access AC). Management holds "votes" via email, giving residents less than 6 hours to respond. We've had our apartment regularly reach over 80 degrees, with no options to cool it down when the system is turned on to heat. Even with windows open, fans on, no using the oven/stove, it gets hot. Maintenance requests, or asks for another vote are often ignored. Please update your facilities - this is ridiculous.

Location is amazing but that is really the only great thing about the complex. The apartments are super outdated and have a lot of pest issues (roaches, ants, etc.). I had carpenter ants eat through my ceiling twice and it was never properly treated by the complex and I had to take care of it myself. There has been a lot of turn over in property management as well, I have had 4 managers in the two years I have been there, although the latest manager has been very nice. They also raise the rent each year an exorbitant amount that isn't worth the price for the conditions of the apartments.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Great vibe. Deanne the current manager is doing a great job. This place has a great pool. A little limited on parking and it needs a little work hear and there but in spite of that it is in a great location. A central market in walking distance and walking and hiking trails and the lake. So far I really like it.
