Management is incompetent. We’ve had construction in our apartment for the past two months and they failed to get it fixed in a timely manner. Weeks go by with no progress. Every time it rains, it leaks from the ceiling and there are puddles in my apartment. I want to like living here but the reality is management needs to be replaced with people who actually care and prioritize the well-being of their residents.

Be prepared to wake up to a fire alarm at 7am every year. And expect to be on and off for an entire hour in the morning. They will not turn it off or have the fire fighters show up, it’s just music to your ears

The entire leasing process was very streamlined. I especially appreciated being sent video tours of the apartments I was interested in. This was very helpful since I was moving from out of town and was not able to tour them myself. Halle was very responsive, which was especially important given my quick timeline.

Great community and Cheyenne, Halle, and Drika in the office are the best!
