Elan East

I absolutely love living at Elan East! Unfortunately, I have to move because of work, and it genuinely makes me sad to leave. This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The staff here is phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something is needed. They really make residents feel welcomed and valued. The property itself is very well maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and looking great. Another thing I truly appreciate is how peaceful and quiet the community is. It’s a great environment to relax and feel at home. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the apartments and the overall experience. I’m grateful for the time I’ve spent here and for the wonderful staff who made living here such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Elan East to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to live!

Elan East is the best! A true gem of a complex located in a great area of Austin! The management team of Ajani, Heather and Bailey are outstanding! Don’t take my word for it, check them out!

Elan East is easily the best apartment building on the east side. It’s in an excellent, highly walkable location that maintains an accessible neighborhood feel while being so close to A++ bars and restaurants. I renewed my lease multiple times while living here because the staff, especially the leasing staff Ajani and Heather, are so helpful. They are professional, prompt, and will genuinely go out of their way to help their current and future residents. The maintenance staff is also incredible - requests are addressed within days (if not hours) and the building is always spotless because of its diligent cleaning crews. I’d live here again despite the fact that the clubhouse is only open during leasing hours and the building lacks some newer ultra-premium amenities.
