I had such a great experience working with Harley! From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every step of the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Harley was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and positive attitude. She made what can sometimes be an overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend working with Harley.

Good experience living here. Fairly quiet community, great location for easy highway access to get anywhere in Austin. No safety concerns on the property. Great amount of space for the price. Units are equipped with nice appliances and a very pleasant space to live in. Front desk associates are great, Harley is exceptionally kind and helpful. No complaints.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at East Vue Ranch for almost two years, and overall it has been a great experience. One of the biggest pros is the outstanding team they’re fast, helpful, and genuinely care. From the leasing agents to the maintenance crew, everyone is always on top of things. But what truly makes this place special is Harley. She is incredible. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your account, lease questions, and any concerns are handled quickly and correctly. Anytime I have friends searching for apartments, I always recommend East Vue Ranch and tell them to ask for Harley she’s friendly, professional, and she knows how to get things done. The entire staff here is amazing and really engages with the community. Cons: There aren’t many, but the few that exist are important. The biggest concern is that about once a month, someone’s car gets broken into. Even though we have a private gate and recently added overnight patrol, it still feels like we need stronger security to feel confident our cars are safe. Cameras throughout the complex or better lighting maybe even light posts with flashing patrol-style lights would really help prevent these situations. The second con isn’t major, but the mail room can get crowded with Amazon packages, which sometimes leads to people accidentally picking up the wrong one. Overall: I’m very happy living here. The staff is great, the community events make the place feel welcoming, and you can tell the team truly cares. I appreciate all their hard work, and I’m glad to call East Vue Ranch home.

I can’t sing East Vue Ranch’s praises enough! I’ve lived in a couple different apartments around Austin and this management team is the best one by far! Special shoutout to Harley in the office for always being so kind and helpful and giving my little dog pets and love when we stop by!! The maintenance guys are stellar as well and always offer a wave and a smile when they pass by. In addition to the people who run this place being great, the amenities here are great too- the gym, pool, walking path through the complex, dog park, and little community events that get put on by management regularly. These are all super nice because you get to actually know your neighbors and some great people live here

This apartment complex is run very well. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and will go out of their way to help you. And the maintenance team is super on point. They are what keeps the complex running so smoothly. Especially Shawn, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I can tell he takes pride in his work. Also, the groundskeeper, Felipe, is very polite and friendly. In fact, every interaction I've had with the front office and maintenance has been positive. East Vue Ranch is definitely a comfortable place to live, and I've enjoyed the fact that I don't have to drive nearly as far to get downtown!
