If I could give zero star I would. Worst apartment I’ve lived in. 1. While we were living here someone DIED HERE!! Got shot in their home. The gate is never closed! Strangers come in and use the pool. The trash never gets picked up by valet which is a Mandatory paid service. Oh because the gate is left open people walk around stealing packages. A bunch of abandoned cars all over the parking lot. Multiple power outages! Light and water! On Christmas we had no water for 48hrs with a newborn. It was horrible! Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Once we got an email asking us to move units. We had a NEW BABY! It’s just horrendous don’t do it

I was on the lease for this apartment. We were charged for valet trash service that was often not performed despite multiple visits to the office. The move-out process also lacked transparency, with additional charges appearing later without a clear final balance. Management was unhelpful in resolving concerns. I do not recommend this property. Please stay away from this property if you can.

Since moving in, we had issues with plumbing (both of our toilets in our 2B2B apartment would not flush all the way or flush at all) and then our washer would not spin the water out of our clothes correctly so it would be sopping wet and then the dryer wouldn't dry the clothes. We had put in a maintenance request to fix the toilets, but even the maintenance guy didn't even know how to fix the issue. He even suggested that we flushed something down that would make it not flush all the way, but we literally just moved in and it didn't work off the bat. We had only flushed toilet paper to realize it didn't flush. At least one of our toilets kinda worked so we were really down to one toilet to use while the other toilet took 3-6 flushes to flush down a small piece of toilet paper. Then, during our initial move in week, we noticed the washer and dryer didn't work. We put in a maintenance request, but nobody came. They keep saying they're coming the next day to fix it and then it still isn't fixed. They even marked the request as completed when the washer and dryer STILL ISN'T FIXED. We had even went to the leasing office to notify them that the request is not completed despite it being marked off as completed because it STILL DOESN'T WORK. It has now been 5 WEEKS without a washer and dryer. We have to put out money to go to a laundromat to wash and dry our clothes even though this apartment complex advertises a washer and dryer in unit. DONT EXPECT IT TO WORK. The amount of trouble this apartment complex has given us since moving in has been ridiculous. There hasn't even been any sort of compensation, and were expected to pay rent, community fee, and the water and sewage utilities?? What a joke. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I would recommend investing your money somewhere else with an efficient maintenance team, management team, and a freaking working toilet, washer, and dryer!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If I could describe living at this property in one word, it would be NIGHTMARE. At first, things seemed fine then everything went downhill fast. It started with our neighbors leaving piles of trash outside in the common area. The garbage sat there for weeks, the smell was disgusting, and the space became embarrassing to walk through, let alone bring guests over. I contacted the management team multiple times. No action at all just nothing for months. Soon the trash problem escalated into nightly screaming matches and fights right outside our door. When I asked management to step in, I was told to “call 311” because it “wasn’t their problem.” That was their only answer to everything. Weeks later, it turned into a full-blown brawl in the parking lot involving 10+ people — with kids present. My roommate called me crying because she didn’t feel safe. Management claimed they’d issue a 24-hour eviction notice… then did absolutely nothing. The neighbors didn’t have enough keys, so they were constantly beating on their door, bringing out crowbars, trying to break in multiple times a week. They eventually kicked their door down. Management fixed the door but never questioned why that was even happening. Things got worse: endless strangers in and out of their unit, nonstop chaos and then one night everything changed. As I was calling 311 during yet another fight, I saw one of the men holding an AR-15 in the stairwell. Seconds later, he started shooting at his housemates. My roommates and I were absolutely terrified. We didn’t sleep. We genuinely feared for our lives, especially after the threats and aggressive behavior directed at our door. The police filled the parking lot, and despite video evidence, the shooter wasn’t arrested because his housemate lied for him. We ran to management first thing in the morning to report everything. Their response? Another “24-hour eviction notice” that meant nothing. When we told them we no longer felt safe, the manager said and I quote “Everyone has guns” and “there’s no safety issue.” We were displaced from our home for three weeks. The main managers, Mary Anderson and Emily Houston, left town during the crisis and refused to connect us with anyone who could help. Even after submitting an 11-page evidence file, they still refused to release us from the lease without paying thousands of dollars or transferring with heavy fees. They only acted after weeks of us pestering them nonstop. This entire experience has caused me emotional trauma. The management here is greedy, dismissive, and completely indifferent to tenant safety. The cheap rent isn’t worth the risk of living somewhere where gunfire, violence, and trash piles are ignored like it’s nothing. Even if new management takes over, issues like this don’t get fixed overnight. ❌ Do yourself a favor: DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.

It has been 5 days since our bathroom has been clogged and sewage is coming out, causing a terrible smell in our apartment. We reported this to the office right away and have followed up every day, but no one has come to fix it. Very unprofessional service. Also, more than a month ago I applied for disability parking and provided all the documents. My son has epilepsy and needs this parking, but the office has still done nothing. We are very unhappy with this apartment complex. Their service deserves 0 stars. If my children get sick from the smell, the office will be responsible.
