This community offers a fantastic living experience, boasting an unbeatable location that puts you within walking distance of downtown Austin's vibrant food scene, nightlife, and outdoor activities, all while being managed by a consistently praised and attentive staff. While the convenient location does mean some residents might occasionally hear a nearby train or their neighbors due to thinner walls, the overall consensus highlights a welcoming atmosphere, well-maintained amenities, and quick, friendly service from the management and maintenance teams.

I wanted to wait until I was completely done with my two year lease before writing a review. First off, as soon as I signed my lease, the energy went from light to dark. They went from smiling at me to rolling their eyes at me in an instant. That’s to be expected from leasing agents, but it just seems unnecessary and a bit too stereotypical. Second, before signing the lease, I let them know that I was very sensitive to annoying or harsh noises. I made them promise to me that there was no known noises that I would be hearing from my unit. I gave them the example of dogs barking, trains, alarms, and people walking above my unit. They promised me wholeheartedly that there would be no sounds like that bothering me while I work from home and also try to get sleep. Guess what? A train comes rattling through next to us twice per night. It’s really loud and shakes the building. I had to buy a noisemaker to try to drown out that noise and not wake me up every single night. Dogs were barking all around me throughout the day, So I played background music in my unit to drown that out. There was a constant alarm from the city train every like five minutes outside of my window. They also placed me right below a bartender, who threw parties every single night in her apartment. I reported noise violations, constantly as I was woken up to her and her friends, jumping and screaming all night and all day. At first the management gave me hope, that if she was violating the lease terms, they could do something about it. But after I reported her for the like 30th time with video evidence of her, throwing a rave above me on a Wednesday night at 3am, they finally let me know that there was nothing they could ever do to stop her. The floors are paper thin, so if your upstairs neighbor isn’t a ballerina like me, you will be hearing obnoxious stomping everytime they are move around. The management office finally told me that a solution would be them “allowing me” to move apartments so that I’m no longer under a bartender. They couldn’t make her move. I had to move. I let them know that this meant I would be doing three full days of unpaid labor, packing all my things and so on, so it seemed a bit like a punishment. Third, every time it was time to renew the lease, there was hope in the air that the lease amount would actually go down a few dollars. Yet every time I asked for my new lease terms, it actually went up about $200. Meanwhile, every week they’re throwing an open bar event, with a budget of like $500 for the residents to drink and eat together. What if I don’t wanna go to those events? Why do I have to pay for y’all to party? And they warn you that valet trash fees are $5, but they don’t warn you that there are $70 of random “storm drain fees” and “sewage fees” every month that you have no control over. Forth, there was black mold in my toilet for two years upon move-in and they refused to fix it. Fifth, when I finally left, they sent me a bill for the refrigerator running between me turning in my keys and my lease actually ending. I called the management office many times to try to pay the bill, and their attitude was even darker now that I didn’t even live there anymore. They couldn’t be bothered to even tell me how they wanted me to pay them this last freaking bill. Finally they told me that I had to send it to them via check in the mail. It’s 2026 and I have Venmo and an email and credit cards and online banking and everything but these jerks would rather me spend an afternoon paying Wells Fargo $3 for a check, filling it out, driving to the post office, and paying another $3 for an envelope and stamp. What a wonderful experience at E6 lol, and when they tell you that “all apartments have thin floors” that’s a lie. I’m 33 years old from Manhattan and have never lived in an apartment where I could hear my upstairs neighbors other than this one. Have fun paying all your money to live by a train in the desert.

Been living here since April of 2025 and I can honestly say I’ve never lived anywhere with such helpful and kind people working there. Kayla in the front office is an absolute angel and has been SO helpful during my time here

My daughter recently chose this apartment community as her first pick for her move, and working with Kayla made the entire process incredibly smooth. We live out of state, so we were relying heavily on clear communication and trust. Kayla went above and beyond—she followed up with us, answered every question, and helped secure the apartment my daughter really wanted. Her professionalism and genuine care made us feel confident in the decision. Highly recommend working with her.
