Collective On Riverside

Well, first of all, I'm furious with this condominium. We've been without internet for six days, and the service is a disgrace. To top it all off, the office staff claim they spoke with the company, but that's a lie; they only say that to get you to leave and stop complaining. My wife and I have been residents for two years, and there's always something broken. First, it was the bathroom: it took them three months to fix it, and the work they did was terrible because there are still leaks. Now we have the internet problem. We've called the company directly, and we're still waiting for them to send a technician. Personally, I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave this condominium. They want to charge us for everything, but when it comes to maintenance and resolving residents' problems, they never respond as they should. It's pathetic how we've been treated after two years of living here.

It's terrible living in these apartments. Right now my air conditioner isn't working, and it won't be fixed until next week. And with this heat, when you apply to live in these apartments, they promise you a lot of things, but then after you submit your application and pay everything, they tell you something completely different. They don't deliver on what they initially promised, and inside the apartments, the houses are all old and filthy!

Amazing experience at this complex, a very pleasant experience, staff really nice, Brenda Cantu a very kind person.

Very nice office staff always have a bright smile and ready to help I loved the way they treated me during my tour 100% recommend.
