My move in was the easiest I've ever done the office staff was beyond amazing through the whole process

Please Please Please Please do not move here if you can help it. #1. It is roach & RODENT infested. There are rats inside and outside. We reported our apartment having rats to the manager and he chuckled and asked “is this really your first time noticing” - as if this is just some sort of standard in the complex. They’ve eaten food, my dogs food, pooped on counters, etc. I’ve lived there for a year and it hadn’t been fix so i can assure you this willl be a problem for a while. Yes they’ve sent pest control every blue moon - clearly there’s a bigger issue here and when we first reported it, it took about a month for anyone to come. #2. Maintenance is inconsistent - it’s been taking a while to get certain stuff fixed no matter how we report online or in person, they just say “we’ll send someone”. For example the window to my apartment has never been able to fully shut meaning technically anyone can open it and enter my home if they wanted to - and when they weather gets cold, i can’t stop the indoors from being cold because of the window AND the heater doesn’t work. #3. Please understand that you get what you pay for so if this is all you can afford just understand you won’t get quality and I’m okay with that, except rats are CRAZY.
