I lived here for a year and while the apartment complex's location had its downsides at times, this is the best management team I have ever dealt with. From the time I inquired about signing a lease through the day I moved out, Jessica has been nothing but incredibly helpful. I have since moved and miss having such a cooperative and unproblematic management experience. The peace of mind knowing your leasing staff are knowledgeable and not trying to scam you is worth every penny and I commend the leasing staff for such an incredible job.

Centro studio homes is a fantastic place to live in Austin! They have great amenities, a fantastic staff, notably Sean and Jessica in the office are always pleasant to deal with, very prompt to resolve issues and it has been an absolute pleasure living here!! I always recommend it to any of my friends moving to Austin to check this place out!! Thanks y'all!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Kailey, Terrance and Jessica in the office are INCREDIBLE. They made my first apartment experience absolutely perfect and I could not be more grateful for them. What could be a stressful move and time period has been nothing short of amazing and so easy. I absolutely love living here and am so happy to be here. The apartment is PERFECT for me and making into my own little space has been so special and fun. Thanks y’all❤️

Everything was terrible during our stay here. There were young children smoking marijuana in front of our door. The air conditioning was old and smelled terrible. The building complex was poorly maintained, and there was trash everywhere. My belongings were stolen in front of my door. The pool was dirty, and some of the equipment on the left side of the gym was broken. I've never seen such a bad place in my life, and I would never recommend it. We had constant bug problems. Unfortunately, the staff is rude and unhelpful. The surrounding area is also unsafe. I felt uneasy throughout my stay. While the amenities in the house are limited, the rent is very high.

Great spot- conveniently located close to downtown, staff is genuine/ helpful, unit was comfortable, shared spaces are clean; place is a surprising good find esp. for the price. There is a gym, dog park, pool, and ample green space (landscaped well). I felt at peace here and would recommend. Neighbors were also nice and was quiet at night in general.
