Many students appreciate this location for its exceptional and compassionate veterinary care, especially for emergencies and exotic pets, with staff often praised for their kindness, knowledge, and thorough communication. While some have noted that services can be expensive, a few isolated experiences suggest occasional issues with wait times and inconsistent diagnoses, particularly for certain small animals.

My mom came with her dog twice in one day to this clinic and both times sat there for hours without them even triaging the dog. There was no one else there and they kept her waiting both times with excuses that they are busy. Her dog was in pain, wimping on the floor and my mom was exhausted and they still wouldn’t even triage! She ended up leaving both times without the dog being seen. Horrible service, no compassion and no understanding. I have taken many pets to emergency vets and have never seen this before. When we told our vet, they were shocked by this.

I cannot thank enough, the staff at Campus Estates Animal Hospital. When I brought my 1 yr old puppy in the middle of the night with a bowel obstruction to the facility, they were kind, professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. They saved my puppy, Theo's life. It was a harrowing experience but I'm so thankful they were there for the worst day of our lives! I would highly recommend them!

The vet I usually take my rabbit to no longer treated small animals and they referred me to here. My elderly rabbit had entered GI Stasis and they were able to take her in that day. The veterinarian (I think her name was Kate, or Katie) was very good at explaining the treatment plan and gave a very honest assessment of the risks of each stage. She was very good at answering all my questions and explaining things cohesively. She did not sugar-coat things, which is something I personally appreciate. The staff allowed me a moment alone with my rabbit before hospitalizing her, in case it was the end. I did not expect this kindness, and was quite grateful for it. Fortunately, my rabbit survived due to their attentive care. I am genuinely surprised at how much my rabbit has bounced back now that she is back in my care. During her stay, the staff called me about twice a day with updates on her condition. I spoke with a few different doctors, but all of them were able to give detailed accounts of her treatment and progress. It was admittedly expensive, but two days of hospitalization for an 'exotic' animal, the price tag is to be expected.
